- To manage your access to and use of the services that BIDEROAD makes available to you through the WEBSITE, including access to the IZARO tool or any other functionalities that are accessible at any given time from the WEBSITE, based on the contractual relationship established with you in this regard.

5. To whom do we disclose your data?
We inform you that your personal data may be disclosed to the following third parties:
- Public Bodies and Administrations to which, where applicable, BIDEROAD has a legal obligation to disclose your data.
No international transfers of your Data are expected to be carried out.
6. How long will we keep your data?
As a general rule, personal data will be retained as long as you do not withdraw your consent to processing or request its deletion, as well as for the time necessary to comply with the legal obligations BIDEROAD must observe.
